If you've forgotten your Government Gateway password, select the link below to be directed to the 'Forgotten Password?' page. You will need to enter your User ID and Government Gateway verified email address to reset your password.

If you’ve forgotten your User ID and password, select the link below, which will direct you to the ‘Forgotten User ID and password’ page. You will then need to enter the email address that you used to register your Universal Jobmatch account on that page.
Going through the steps on the ‘Forgotten User ID and password’ page will allow you to set up a new Government Gateway account so you can access your Universal Jobmatch account with a new User ID and password.
The new Government Gateway User ID and Password you create will only apply to your Universal Jobmatch account and will not apply to any other services you have registered on your previous Government Gateway account.
To complete the process fully – you will need to select the TICK BOX marked “I have made a note of my user ID” AND then select the link “RETURN TO UNIVERSAL JOBMATCH” when presented with your new USER ID.
