Electronics Assembly Operator

 

We are an established contract electronics manufacturer with an excellent reputation for customer service and now require a capable, well organised and enthusiastic  Electronics Assembly Operator for their Production area.

The role mixesboth technical and hands on production skills within a low to medium volume, high complexity environment, where both Quality and delivery performance are critical to the continuing success of our client.

Key responsibilities

Be able to positively contribute to the assembly of products within both Conventional assembly and SMA teams, by setting and operating production plant and equipmentas necessary , using  in-house and  client defined policies and procedures .

Individual skills and experience

Be able to adapt within a rapidly changing environment.

Proactive and show initiative in problem solving.

Excellent communication skills.

A goodunderstanding of production processes, components  and packages.

 

Excellent soldering skills.

 

Previous experience of operating in a similar environment.
