Job description

Seasonal Car Park Attendant

The purpose of this position is to assist with directing traffic smoothly in to our car parks meeting and greeting customers providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality and delivering continuous improvement. This role will ensure the efficient operation of the car parks and provide a level of service which gives complete customer satisfaction.

Our customer service advisors (CSA's) are the public face of the parking business. They ensure that the car parks for which they are responsible are all working effectively with well-maintained and serviced equipment and that the customers who use those car parks have any issues resolved speedily and to their complete satisfaction.

NCP is offering a full time, temporary contract, due to terminate end of September 2017, working a 40 hour week. Candidates for this job will have some previous experience working in a customer facing business, ideally from a retail or hospitality background. You will be able to demonstrate good customer service and communication skills. A full driving licence would be an advantage, however not esssential. A basic understanding of computers and windows based applications is necessary. Importantly, candidates must be reliable, flexible and have a high degree of initiative.
