CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – Gas and Electrical– Full Time



The Role of the Service Advisor

Working as part of a team in a busy environment, looking after existing and new customer contracts.

Handling telephone, email queries, booking and scheduling appointments for Council/Social Housing Tenants, Private Individuals, Landlords and Letting Agents, solving problems, reporting and administration duties.

The role requires someone with excellent organisation skills a can do attitude, who will take responsibility and see things through from start to finish and possess the ability work on their own initiative.

We specialise in providing Landlord Gas Safety Checks, Heating Installation, Boiler Servicing, Breakdowns sand Electrical Services and offer a comprehensive 24/7 hour Responsive Repairs Service. We have existing partnerships with a number of major Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords



For the Customer Service Advisor Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:


  • Excellent, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Be organised and self motivate
  • Previous customer service experience essential




This Customer Service Advisor role is based in Hull and is paying a competitive rate
