CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – Gas and Electrical– Full Time
The Role of the Service Advisor
Working as part of a team in a busy environment, looking after existing and new customer contracts.
Handling telephone, email queries, booking and scheduling appointments for Council/Social Housing Tenants, Private Individuals, Landlords and Letting Agents, solving problems, reporting and administration duties.
The role requires someone with excellent organisation skills a can do attitude, who will take responsibility and see things through from start to finish and possess the ability work on their own initiative.
The Gas Company are a leading provider of Heating, Plumbing and Electrical services. We specialise in providing Landlord Gas Safety Checks, Heating Installation, Boiler Servicing, Breakdowns sand Electrical Services and offer a comprehensive 24/7 hour Responsive Repairs Service. We have existing partnerships with a number of major Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords
For the Customer Service Advisor Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Excellent, clear and professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Be organised and self motivate
- Previous customer service experience essential
This Customer Service Advisor role is based in Hull and is paying a competitive rate
