Joining our Online Sales Team, the successful Vehicle Delivery Co-ordinator will support the sales team and co-ordinate the delivery process for all used vehicle sales from point of sale to the day of delivery. You must ensure you fully inform the customer of the vehicle throughout the journey and that the appropriate paperwork is completed and all payment requirements are communicated effectively.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals who are well organised and have fantastic communication and coordination skills. Our ideal candidate will have a good grounding in providing the best in customer service coupled with the ambition and ability to learn and achieve. You must possess an excellent telephone manner along with confidence and strong planning skills. As you will be remotely working with our customers your ability to plan and communicate effectively with both the customer and your Motordepot colleagues is an essential requirement of the role. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training and development will be provided.
Your ability to build up a friendly rapport with our customers, understand their delivery requirements and guide them through our process, will be the key to success in the role.
What will I be responsible for?
Our Vehicle Delivery Co-ordinators take on a vital role in providing an outstanding purchase experience and creating a lasting impression on our customers.Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order and confirm their delivery.
- Check orders and ensure all work is fulfilled on time by the Service department ahead of the delivery date.
- Arrange a convenient delivery day/time with our logistics providers.
- Carry out follow up calls with customers and respond to any queries once the customer has taken ownership of the vehicle
- Ensure that all customer feedback is captured and reported to the Management Team.
