Trade Sales/Operations Co-ordinator
After 10 years of steady growth we are now seeking a keen individual to take on a full time, permanent role as Trade Sales/Operations coordinator and as part of our small team. The right person will be fit and active, keen for variety in their job and with a strong desire to help both customers and other team members.
On the job training is provided but some key skills will be required.
Make outbound calls to existing customers for product orders, using ACT database
Manage and update ACT database
Raise orders/delivery notes/invoices on SAGE accounts system for product orders - Full training can be given
Reconcile and administer completed orders
Pick products in accordance with orders in the warehouse
Take in deliveries, check off deliveries and store correctly in the warehouse
Various administration duties to help make a small but busy office tick
General upkeep and management of the warehouse
Full driving licence
Excellent computer including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Manual handling skills are a necessity
Previous trade sales/sales counter experience would be an advantage
Experience of ACT customer software is desirable
Effective written and oral communication skills with proven attention to detail
Confident, professional telephone manner
Customer service experience with proven customer focus
Ability to communicate at every level.
Wage:£16,500 - £20,000 Dependant upon experience
